Anderson Township home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Anderson Township rose by $30,750 while total sales increased by 8.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 115 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 14% increase over the $219,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 106 homes sold in Anderson Township in the first quarter of 2019.
