Mariemont home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Mariemont fell by $289,250 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $292,500 - a 49.7% decrease over the $581,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Mariemont in the first quarter of 2019.
