Madeira home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Madeira fell by $42,750 while total sales increased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $294,250 - a 12.7% decrease over the $337,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Madeira in the first quarter of 2019.
