Valley View home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Valley View rose by $158,425 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 82.7% increase over the $191,575 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Valley View in the first quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Valley View for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,604, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
