Wyoming home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Wyoming rose by $11,000 while total sales decreased by 46.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $324,750 - a 3.5% increase over the $313,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Wyoming in the first quarter of 2019.
