Glendale home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Glendale rose by $84,750 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 35.3% increase over the $240,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Glendale in the first quarter of 2019.
