Symmes Township home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Symmes Township rose by $63,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 17 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $388,000 - a 19.4% increase over the $325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Symmes Township in the first quarter of 2019, as well.
