Indian Hill home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Indian Hill fell by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $887,500 - a 0.6% decrease over the $892,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Indian Hill in the first quarter of 2019.
