Willoughby home prices fall in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Willoughby fell by $4,000 while total sales increased by 3.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $146,000 - a 2.7% decrease over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Willoughby in April 2019.
