Hanover Township home prices rise in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Hanover Township rose by $550 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,000 - a 0.3% increase over the $161,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Hanover Township in April 2019.
