Fairfield home prices fall in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Fairfield fell by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 13.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 4.3% decrease over the $172,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Fairfield in April 2019.
