Monroe home prices rise in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Monroe rose by $3,975 while total sales decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $183,975 - a 2.2% increase over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Monroe in April 2019.
