Ross home prices fall in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Ross fell by $73,000 while total sales decreased by 61.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 28.3% decrease over the $258,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Ross in April 2019.
