North Perry home prices rise in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in North Perry rose by $31,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $198,000 - a 18.6% increase over the $167,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in North Perry in April 2019.
