Oxford home prices rise in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Oxford rose by $6,000 while total sales decreased by 70.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,000 - a 3.1% increase over the $193,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Oxford in April 2019.
