South Lebanon home prices fall in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in South Lebanon fell by $83,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $128,000 - a 39.5% decrease over the $211,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in South Lebanon in April 2019.

The median sales tax in South Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,723, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for April 2020.
