Carlisle home prices fall in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Carlisle fell by $7,700 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,500 - a 5.2% decrease over the $149,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Carlisle in April 2019.
