Moreland Hills home prices rise in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Moreland Hills rose by $32,500 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $482,500 - a 7.2% increase over the $450,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Moreland Hills in April 2019.
