Wyoming home prices rise in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Wyoming rose by $32,500 while total sales decreased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $353,000 - a 10.1% increase over the $320,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Wyoming in April 2019.
