Lebanon home prices rise in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Lebanon rose by $21,950 while total sales decreased by 38.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,950 - a 10.6% increase over the $208,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Lebanon in April 2019.

The median sales tax in Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,293, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for April 2020.
