Pleasant Plain home prices rise in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Pleasant Plain rose by $101,050 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 70.2% increase over the $143,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Pleasant Plain in April 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Pleasant Plain for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,317, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for April 2020.
