Kenwood home prices rise in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Kenwood rose by $173,105 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $415,000 - a 71.6% increase over the $241,896 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Kenwood in April 2019.
