Indian Hill home prices rise in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Indian Hill rose by $195,000 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,070,000 - a 22.3% increase over the $875,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Indian Hill in April 2019.
