Mason home prices rise in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Mason rose by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 27.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $257,500 - a 7.3% increase over the $240,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Mason in April 2019.

The median sales tax in Mason for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,803, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for April 2020.
