Carlisle home prices rise in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Carlisle rose by $13,000 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,000 - a 11.2% increase over the $116,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Carlisle in May 2019.
