Mason home prices fall in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Mason fell by $1,600 while total sales decreased by 21.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $254,900 - a 0.6% decrease over the $256,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Mason in May 2019.

The median sales tax in Mason for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,803, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for May 2020.
