Lincoln Village home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Lincoln Village rose by $750 while total sales increased by 27.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 0.6% increase over the $119,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Lincoln Village in the first quarter of 2019.
