Obetz home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Obetz fell by $4,950 while total sales remained unchanged with 10 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $146,550 - a 3.3% decrease over the $151,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Obetz in the first quarter of 2019, as well.
