Upper Arlington home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Upper Arlington fell by $9,277 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $389,250 - a 2.3% decrease over the $398,527 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 72 homes sold in Upper Arlington in the first quarter of 2019.
