Blacklick Estates home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Blacklick Estates rose by $4,900 while total sales decreased by 16.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $116,400 - a 4.4% increase over the $111,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Blacklick Estates in the fourth quarter of 2018.
