Lincoln Village home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Lincoln Village rose by $7,450 while total sales decreased by 23.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,450 - a 6.2% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Lincoln Village in the fourth quarter of 2018.
