Urbancrest home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Urbancrest rose by $55,150 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,000 - a 65.8% increase over the $83,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Urbancrest in the fourth quarter of 2018.
