Worthington home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Worthington rose by $50,250 while total sales decreased by 28.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,250 - a 19% increase over the $265,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Worthington in the fourth quarter of 2018.
