Whitehall home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Whitehall fell by $5,000 while total sales increased by 16.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $86,000 - a 5.5% decrease over the $91,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Whitehall in the third quarter of 2018.
