Blacklick Estates home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Blacklick Estates fell by $7,400 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $104,250 - a 6.6% decrease over the $111,650 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Blacklick Estates in the third quarter of 2018.
