Lincoln Village home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Lincoln Village rose by $15,750 while total sales decreased by 21.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,750 - a 12.6% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Lincoln Village in the third quarter of 2018.
