Dublin home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Dublin rose by $4,250 while total sales decreased by 14.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 91 homes sold, with a median sale price of $412,000 - a 1% increase over the $407,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 106 homes sold in Dublin in the third quarter of 2018.
