Blacklick Estates home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Blacklick Estates rose by $17,350 while total sales increased by 18.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $113,800 - a 18% increase over the $96,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Blacklick Estates in the second quarter of 2018.
