Lincoln Village home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Lincoln Village rose by $15,600 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $136,000 - a 13% increase over the $120,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Lincoln Village in the second quarter of 2018.
