Blacklick Estates home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Blacklick Estates rose by $16,500 while total sales decreased by 10.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 19.8% increase over the $83,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Blacklick Estates in the first quarter of 2018.
