Columbus home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Columbus rose by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 6.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 1,917 homes sold, with a median sale price of $128,000 - a 2% increase over the $125,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 2,049 homes sold in Columbus in the first quarter of 2018.
