Galloway home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Galloway rose by $21,250 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,500 - a 15% increase over the $141,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Galloway in the first quarter of 2018.
