Groveport home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Groveport rose by $7,465 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,500 - a 4.6% increase over the $161,035 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Groveport in the first quarter of 2018.
