Lake Darby home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Lake Darby fell by $5,500 while total sales increased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 3.1% decrease over the $175,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Lake Darby in the first quarter of 2018.
