Grove City home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Grove City rose by $27,000 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 76 homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 15.2% increase over the $178,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 95 homes sold in Grove City in the first quarter of 2018.
