Worthington home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Worthington fell by $42,970 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,931 - a 13.3% decrease over the $323,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Worthington in the first quarter of 2018.
