Dublin home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Dublin rose by $3,000 while total sales decreased by 7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $383,000 - a 0.8% increase over the $380,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 71 homes sold in Dublin in the first quarter of 2018.
