Upper Arlington home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Upper Arlington rose by $8,527 while total sales decreased by 15.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $398,527 - a 2.2% increase over the $390,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 85 homes sold in Upper Arlington in the first quarter of 2018.
