Grandview Heights home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Grandview Heights fell by $21,000 while total sales decreased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $399,000 - a 5% decrease over the $420,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Grandview Heights in the first quarter of 2018.
