Blacklick Estates home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Blacklick Estates rose by $13,500 while total sales increased by 12.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,500 - a 13.8% increase over the $98,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Blacklick Estates in the fourth quarter of 2017.
